四川行知教育网讯：双华小学是一所年轻的老校。学校初为私塾，座落在一座翠竹环绕的古庙，至今已有百年历史。“门前千竿竹，堂上四库书”是当时环境的写照。在人人崇尚读书，尊崇读书人，向往知识改变命运的朴素追求时代，诵读《四书五经》的私塾教育发挥了重要的教化作用。1950年正式建为公办小学，定名为双华学校。

Shuanghua Primary School is an old and also young school, which has 100-year history until now. At the first beginning, it was an old-style private school and located on an old temple, surrounding with green bamboo. “Thousands of bamboo out of the door, Four Books in the room” is a true portrayal of the environment at that time. In the times that everyone advocated study, worshiped intellectual and wished knowledge changed destiny, the old-style private school that read The Four Books and The Five Classics had very important influence of education. In 1950, it officially established as the public primary school and named Shuanghua Primary School.

有竹德，根据学校竹文化，我们提炼了7个字，即：和、雅、谦、惠、韧、劲、节。

To the bamboo quality, we extract it into seven words according to bamboo culture of the school, which are gentle, elegant, modest, kind, tenacious, powerful and integrity.

会当家，重点培养孩子的责任担当，以“担当力”为核心，我们培养孩子们的：思辨力、践行力、抗挫力、协调力、表达力、创造力。

To the independence, the school emphasizes cultivating students’ responsibility and undertaking. Taking “undertaking” as the core, we foster children form analytical thinking, practical ability, anti-frustration ability, coordination strength, expressive power and creative power.
