继四川省教育科研重大课题《高品质学校建设》课题推进会召开后，紧接着都江堰市国家课程改革试验区课题开题会议召开，我校作为四川省《高品质学校建设的探索与实践》子课题单位和都江堰市全国基础教育课程改革试验区深度学校项目学校，为了响应两大会议精神，都江堰市中小学教育研究室、都江堰星星幼儿园与我校于12月26日联合举办了都江堰市高品质学校（幼儿园）建设研讨会。

此次探讨会，特邀成都七中育才学校教育集团校长，四川省特级教师、四川省优秀教师、四川省教育学会教育管理专委会常务理事何伦忠；成都市第十六幼儿园园长，四川省优秀校长，四川省教育改革创新发展典型校长余琳；四川省教育科学研究院《教育科学论坛》与教育志鉴编辑部主任，《教育科学论坛》主编崔勇；同时莅临会议的领导有：市教育局党组成员、副局长张守军、中小学教育研究室主任胡贵旗、学前教育科科长旷炜、对外交流办主任李建军、中小学教育研究室小教室主任张万龙、成职教科副科长李玲副、中小学教研室语文教研员宋桂芳、学前教育教研员黄艳及全市各学校校长、各幼儿园园长、骨干老师以及幼儿园家长代表。

余琳园长做《高品质幼儿园建设的思考》的报告。在报告中提出了“提升游戏质量是高品质幼儿园建设的核心抓手”。余琳园长的报告立足于学前教育的基本规程，又拓展到多年工作经验的总结，对于参与研讨会的幼儿教学的园长和老师们都有重要的启迪意义。

Yu Lin, director of the kindergarten, made a report on the construction of high quality kindergarten. 《教育科学论坛》主编崔勇主任做出《高品质学校校长（教师）的三项修炼》的报告，崔勇主任提出了高品质学校校长（教师）必需的三大修炼：愿景修炼、学术修炼和心智修炼。并作为四川省教育科研重大课题《高品质学校建设的探索与实践》的主持人，就高品质学校建设的核心概念进行解读，分享了课题研究的实施路径、策略和中期成果。

Director Cui Yong proposed three necessary practices of high quality school principals (teachers): vision cultivation, academic cultivation and mental cultivation. 成都七中育才学校教育集团何伦忠校长对我校教师的课堂教学给出高度评价，并提出值得大家共同探讨的问题：什么样的课堂是好课堂？同时指出：变革课堂教学是建设高品质学校的关键，提高学生品质的发展是高品质学校建设的根本，并对在场的家长提出如何进行家庭教育的有效路径。

He Lunzhong, principal of the education group of Chengdu No.7 Middle School, highly appraised the classroom teaching of teachers in our school, and put forward some questions worth discussing together: what kind of classroom is a good classroom?
