英语阅读是对中文阅读的重要补充，对儿童的语言和全人发展具有积极作用。为响应国家关于“大力推动全民阅读”的号召，推进书香校园建设，提升学生的英语阅读水平，发展其英语学科核心素养。2019年11月28日，由山东省潍坊市滨海区社会事业局教研室主办，滨海实验小学承办，外语教学与研究出版社协办的滨海区中小学“多维阅读”教学培训活动在滨海实验小学举行。我校程小彬老师受邀参会，并代表我校作课。

English reading is an important supplement to Chinese reading. It has a positive effect on children's language and whole person development. In response to the national call for "vigorously promoting reading for all", promoting the construction of Reading Campus, improving students' English reading level and developing their core literacy . Binhai Middle School and Primary School "multidimensional reading" teaching and training activities were held in Binhai Experimental Primary School.The event was hosted by the Teaching and Research Office of Binhai Social Enterprise Bureau of Weifang, Shandong Province. This event is hosted by Binhai Experimental Primary School. The event was co-organized by the Foreign Language Teaching and Research Press. Mr. Cheng Xiaobin from our school was invited to attend the meeting and took a demonstration class.

我校程小彬老师执教外研社出版的《多维英语》系列绘本第四级中的Where are the bats?在课堂中以白天睡觉-晚上捕食-白天睡觉的故事为主线，教学中采用图片环游、问题链等教学方式引导学生观察图片，运用已有的知识对故事内容进行预测、讨论，在阅读过程中自主构建语言从而理解文本大意，并结合自己生活常识发表自己的观点，并重点讲解了蝙蝠的发出超声波捕食的过程。得到了与会教师的高度肯定。

Mr. Cheng Xiaobin taught "Where are the bats?" It is one of the "Multidimensional English" published by the Foreign Language Teaching and Research Press. The story is based on "sleep in the day-hunt at night-sleep in the day". In the teaching, teacher used teaching methods such as picture tours and question chains to guide students to observe pictures. Students used existing knowledge to predict and discuss the content of the story. They construct their own language during reading to understand the meaning of the text. They combined their common sense of life to express their views. The teacher also focused on explaining the process of ultrasonic predation by bats. This class was highly praised by the participating teachers.

全国基础外语教育研究中心培训专家、四川省教育厅省级骨干教师培训项目专家、我校英语教学特聘专家潘小平老师做了精彩的点评并为参会的教师作题为《核心素养视角下的小学英语》的培训讲座。

Mr. Pan Xiaoping, a training expert from the National Center for Basic Foreign Language Education Research, a provincial backbone teacher training project expert from the Sichuan Provincial Department of Education and an expert hired by our school in English teaching, gave a training lecture on " Phonics Makes Reading Better" for all the teachers who participating in the conference.He gave a training lecture for participating teachers entitled "Elementary English from the Perspective of Core Literacy".
